Donating buys you nothing that affects roleplay. Anything tied to a donation is cosmetic or a thank you, never an advantage over another player.
Donations are final once processed, because the money is spent on hosting and assets straight away. If something went wrong with a payment, open a ticket and we will look at it.
Supporters are held to the same rules as everyone else. Donating will not reverse a ban, soften a punishment or win an argument with staff.
No. The whole server is free and always will be. Nothing is locked behind a payment, and nobody will ask you for money in game.
That depends on what you purchase. Monthly Supporter Tiers include the benefits shown for that tier, while the County General Store contains optional one-time extras. Nothing is intended to provide an unfair roleplay advantage.
After every purchase, open a ticket in Discord and provide your Tebex Transaction ID along with any relevant character or purchase details. Staff will process the purchase through the ticket.
Yes. Open a Discord ticket after purchase and tell staff who the purchase is for, together with the Tebex Transaction ID and any other required details.
Open a support ticket in Discord with the date, amount and your Tebex Transaction ID or order reference. The more detail you provide, the easier it is for staff to investigate.
